What is Edyne?

Every ingredient, dose, timing and form has been selected against published research in PCOS populations, not against general nutritional guidelines.

What is the difference between Edyne Daily and Edyne Roots?

Edyne Daily is our core product, designed for all women with PCOS. Edyne Roots is a single add-on capsule sachet taken alongside the Daily AM strip, formulated specifically for Black, Asian and minority ethnic women, where PCOS compounds pre-existing Vitamin D deficiency. Roots contains an additional 1000IU of Vitamin D3 — bringing the total to 2000IU — plus proportionally scaled Vitamin K2. The PM sachet is identical across both. Roots is not sold standalone.

Why a sachet format rather than a bottle of capsules?

Accepted Answer

Because the timing of your supplements matters clinically, not just logistically. Certain ingredients in your PM sachet — Magnesium Glycinate and Zinc Bisglycinate — are active in the evening nervous system transition and should not be taken in the morning. Combining everything into one bottle would mean either taking it all at the wrong time, or asking you to divide it yourself. The sachet format makes the clinical timing built-in. It also means one tear-off strip replaces five to seven separate supplements, making it portable, pre-measured, and simple to stick to.

Why do you use these specific ingredient forms?

Because the form of an ingredient determines whether your body can actually use it. We use Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate rather than Pyridoxine HCl because the latter requires conversion and fails in MTHFR variants common in women with PCOS. We use bisglycinate forms of Magnesium and Zinc for superior absorption and zero gastrointestinal side effects. We use algae-derived Omega-3 rather than fish oil — same DHA and EPA profile, vegan, and without cultural or dietary barriers. Every form decision has a reason.

Is Edyne suitable for vegans?

Yes. All ingredients are vegan-compatible. Our Vitamin D3 is algae-derived rather than the standard lanolin source. Our Omega-3 DHA and EPA is also algae-derived, delivering the same profile as fish oil without animal products.

Can I take Edyne alongside my current medication or contraception?

Edyne Daily and Edyne Roots contain Vitamin K2, which may interact with anticoagulant medications such as warfarin. If you are taking anticoagulant medication, consult your doctor before taking Edyne. As with any supplement, if you are on prescription medication or have a diagnosed medical condition, we recommend speaking to your GP or specialist before starting. Edyne is a food supplement — it is not a medicine and is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Edyne Daily is £58 per month. Edyne Roots is £65 per month. Both are delivered as a 30-day supply on a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time — there are no lock-in periods and no cancellation fees. Full subscription terms will be available at launch.

Why are Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol split across AM and PM?

Accepted Answer

Because maintaining therapeutic plasma levels requires consistent dosing throughout the day. Myo-Inositol has a half-life of four to six hours — a single morning dose would not sustain the levels needed. The 40:1 ratio of Myo to D-Chiro Inositol must be maintained across both doses. This is not a convenience decision. It is a clinical one.

Edyne Daily and Edyne Roots are classified as food supplements under the UK Food Supplements Regulations 2003. They are manufactured in a UK GMP-certified facility with full batch testing and certificates of analysis covering heavy metals and microbiology.
